Now Semi-Retired...

Wow! I am loving being mobile and not tied to any one facility.
Hopefully there will be something near you!

The name comes from a combination of my original business name (Canine Rehab Services) and the fact that I will now be working out of several locations.
Clever, eh?

Please note!
As I get closer to not being able to get off the floor anymore, I am slowly reducing my work hours. Book well ahead if you want to see me, otherwise send me an email and I can give you other K9 rehab options in the area.

Shake-A-Paw/The Agility Asylum
Located at 3327 Wallace Road
Go PAST the "No Exit" sign on Wallace Road (travelling southeast) and it's the next driveway on the left.
This is Carrie's main location and will have the most availability.
NOTE: GPS does not always work

Dogz Canine Sport Centre
3859 Carling Ave.
Note - this is an outdoor venue so NO cats!
This location is now closed for appointments and will reopen in May 2026.
Please book at Cocomutts using the online Jane booking.

You can book an appointment through our booking software (Jane).
Please note, Carrie's main location is South Mountain and there is always more availability there.
If you are booking an assessment, it is critical that you book at least one follow-up appointment, preferably within one week. If you fail to do this, you may NOT get a timely follow-up appointment as the schedule is VERY BUSY.
Not having a follow-up will make your dog's rehab journey much more difficult!

Great news for canine rehab! The College of Veterinarians of Ontario no longer requires canine therapists (who are also human physiotherapists) to have a referral in order to treat dogs or cats.
You can book an appointment online any time!

I treat dogs, cats, ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, squirrels, goats, and even snakes!
But mostly dogs.

Whether your dog is an agility superstar or an elderly lap dog, rehab can make a difference.
I treat conditions like sport related strains and sprains to degenerative conditions like arthritis and disc disease.

Your initial consultation will be an assessment of your animal's overall condition. I look at range of motion, balance, strength, reflexes and spinal mobility.
From the initial assessment, I can make a rehab plan that best suits you and your animal.

Treatment techniques will vary depending on the needs of your animal. I offer manual therapies (myofascial release, joint mobilization), laser, shockwave, exercise prescription and more.
Your animal may require some of these or all of these!

Jane is my online booking and payment system. She's pretty user friendly and I'm sure you won't have any issues.
I don't take phone calls, so this is the easiest way to book!
I know that it can be difficult to reach me since I have no office staff and
no phone number!
That's on purpose so that treatment time does not get interrupted, and I really don't like answering the phone.
Text me at 613-818-3274 anytime. Don't call, I won't pick up.
Leave your name and short message and I will get back to you quickly.
If you're on Facebook, feel free to contact me through Messenger.

If you can't find an appointment time that suits you, put your dog on the cancellation list. I check it regularly and something always comes up!
Please Note!
I do not offer emergency services!
I am heading into semi-retirement and have fewer available treatment hours.
If you cannot access me in a timely manner, please send me an email and I would be happy to give you some names of other excellent animal rehabbers in the area.
